Sales Executive

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in closing deals with faith based organizations for our Online Video Platform Sales Team. The successful candidate will be passionate about technology and have a history of delivering on or exceeding revenue goals. They must be highly motivated, organized, team-oriented, creative, and have excellent communication and negotiating skills.

 Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed sales goals each quarter.
  • Create, implement and own a sales pipeline to manage customer lead intake, outbound activity, prioritization and metrics for measurement of deal status.
  • Continuously develop an extensive set of relationships at C-level, VP and Director-levels across companies and across industry categories.
  • Work closely with the Client Management and Support teams to share learning across key customer accounts.
  • Prepare deal overviews and contract summaries for key stakeholders.
  • Travel when necessary to meet potential customers

Desired Skills and Experience 

  • A record of outstanding sales achievement.
  • 5+ years experience in sales/business development, ideally in SaaS based digital media software
  • Well-established relationships and book of business
  • Demonstrated ability to instigate, carry through and close deals 
  • An ability to assess prospect needs effectively
  • A proven track record delivering on or exceeding revenue goals 
  • Understanding of business and technical challenges facing content creators, syndicators, and media companies
  • Strong technical knowledge and appreciation
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment in which teamwork and initiative are a must
  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills

Educational Requirements:

A college degree in any field is required

 

Software Developers 

IOS, Roku, Samsung Apps and Android Development

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with technical leads & architects in the development of world class enterprise applications 
• Develop custom software for digital media clients such as a Video-on-Demand platform for online, TV, mobile, and tablet devices using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Write quality code for on-time, on-budget deployment according to project management schedules
• Work with a team to ensure our client’s end product meets their standards for enterprise software applications

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience with user interface development 
• Extensive experience developing user interfaces for enterprise applications with hand coded HTML, CSS, Javascript

  • Expereince in AWS

• Experience of frameworks/libraries such as jQuery or MooTools

• Experience with other mark-up languages (such as MCML, XHTML, DHTML) and XML/XSLT would be beneficial
• Experience developing large sites, built around content management software
• Full lifecycle experience; be highly technical and hands-on
• Strong understanding of Object Oriented programming, processes and methods.
• Commitment to design, build and deployment excellence
• You will be confident, demonstrate initiative, and have excellent communication skills

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Digital Arts, Digital Media, Computer Engineering or similar
